Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Pre-made orders: Please allow up to a 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped.

International orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for your paying any import fees, taxes,or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any International orders due to unpaid fees.

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of ups we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
